Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Credufy Voice, a voice AI platform operated by Credufy Technologies Limited ("Credufy Voice", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Credufy Voice provides real-time voice AI agents, voice cloning, and Voice Studio text-to-speech tools, accessible through our dashboard and API. Features and included minutes depend on your plan.

Your account

  • You must provide accurate information when registering.
  • You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and API keys.
  • You must keep your API keys confidential and notify us immediately of any suspected compromise.
  • You must be legally able to enter a binding contract to use the service.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Credufy Voice, including voice cloning, only in ways permitted by our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate it.

Plans, billing, and minutes

  • Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly, in Naira via Paystack or US dollars via Paddle.
  • Included minutes reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Who you are buying from

Payments in US dollars are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the merchant of record for those transactions. Paddle is the seller of record, handles the payment and any sales tax or VAT due, and its buyer terms apply to the purchase itself. The service is provided to you by Credufy Technologies Limited under these terms.

Payments in Naira are processed by Paystack, with Credufy Technologies Limited as the seller.

Your content

You retain ownership of the text, audio, and voice samples you submit to the service. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the service to you — including generating speech output and, where you request it, creating a cloned voice model.

Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects access, and we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, with notice where practical.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Credufy Technologies Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
